DIY or Call Us?
If you’re reasonably handy, there are one or two things you can safely inspect before making a call. Hold a level against the vertical interlock of the panel and see if it’s plumb. Look at the bottom of the panel and count the rollers you can see from inside the track. You can also vacuum the track out and wipe the aluminum channel down. That’s about the limit of what I’d suggest. ES Windows doors are impact-rated and heavy; the panel on a 96-inch Miami Beach condo door can weigh over 250 pounds. Pulling one out of its track without support can get away from you fast, and the tempered impact glass will not forgive a drop.
